This winter has been an experience. Frigid
temperatures, an ice storm that paralyzed our province and the dumping of
snow in one day are some of events we have witnessed this winter
season. It's enough to make you want to hibernate like a bear.
However, the winter season can also give you the opportunity to take some
of the most picturesque images. The snow and ice can bring very
sharp pictures. They act like a light blankets that reflect the sun's
rays naturally. The snow and ice also create very unique topics for picture
taking. They join together to create molds, structures and shapes
that are very real. This is Mother Nature's calling card. She brings beauty in
the midst of destructive weather systems. I believe it is her way of telling us
to take a moment to appreciate all that is beauty and respect nature. So I
suggest you bundle up, choose a park or nature site, and get out there. Look
beyond the negative and discover the seasonal beauty that is a
honest winter wonderland.
If you desire to have any of these photos they
are available in an 8” x 10” for $25.00Cdn.
